BetrValheim: Allow sharing of map and pins without cartographer table

The changes to map are very useful but I would appreciate if we could share the map and pins without the cartographer table. I installed a server side map mod, which synced the map but the pins do not work - I guess they are some custom creation by the mod. Both of those features could be maybe integrated to the BetrValheim.

And maybe we could have an option to remove the grave pin after pickup 😃
